The Project
Background
The kitchen and bath showroom opened in September of 2018 in San Diego. A lot of investment went into the layout of the gorgeous showroom filled with vignettes showcasing high-end appliances and fixtures.
My Role
My role was to leverage an assortment of retail software to support functionality such as quoting, checkout and scheduling and help optimize solutions for the showroom.
Team
I led a team of three designers, a lead engineer and two product managers in organizing, facilitating and synthesizing research from contextual visits and translating them into a roadmap with tactical solutions that I later helped implement.
